R. S. Maher & Son Inc, a sister company of S&L Logistics, Inc, utilizes their own equipment for transportation services. We currently operate 23 trucks with all types of trailers including tankers, walking floors, vans, reefers, flatbed and stepdecks. Our trucks operate in northeastern United States as well as Ontario and Quebec, Canada. R. S. Maher & Son is a customer-oriented company striving to meet the unique requirements and high demands in an ever changing transportation industry. Our team of professional drivers and dispatchers work closely together to maintain our high standard of service.

In 2009, R. S. Maher & Son won two awards from the New York State Motor Truck Association in cooperation with the American Trucking Association. We received 1st place for long haul-small class for outstanding achievement in highway safety. We also received outstanding achievement in highway safety P&D-Small Class.

At our location in Bliss NY, R. S. Maher & Son operates a full service truck/trailer repair shop and are a NYS licensed Inspection station. We offer 24-hour emergency road service, equipped to handle any type of repair. We also have the capacity to do routine maintenance for all types of equipment/vehicles either at your facility or ours.
